Time flies....

As we all know, time flies faster than we like, especially when something wonderful happens in our lives and we just wish everything would slow down so we can enjoy those moments forever.  But alas, an hour is still 60 minutes whether we wish time would fly - like when we're at the dentist - or whether it would just slow down - like when we're  gliding down the Grand Canal in a gondola on a warm spring afternoon.

Before we know it, we could have sworn that we just celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, and yet, the fall leaves are carpeting the ground and turkeys are now on sale because Thanksgiving is creeping up on us yet again.

A year has passed?  Impossible!

We try and remember everything that happened this past year, the milestones we passed, celebrations we marked, holidays we shared, funny moments that you promised yourself you'd write down so you wouldn't forget and that day you all played hooky from work and school and just went to the beach with a picnic lunch and just basked in the sun and in each other.

But if you don't take the time to mark these moments down, you miss them and as every minute passes, so do the memories, fading until we desperately try and remember moments that we promised ourselves we'd never forget.

That's where The Year in Review comes in.  Start an album in your Google photos titled Year in Review, and as you snap away capturing those everyday yet momentous events in your family's life, make a promise to yourself to sit down for a few minutes once a month and transfer those important photos to the Year in Review album.  At the end of the year, you'll have an amazing collection of the best photos of your family's year.  Chronologically, it will tell the story of your year, reminding you of the surprise party you threw for your 15 year old when he least expected it, the time you all painted the playroom together getting more paint on each other than on the walls and the look of absolute delight on your daughter's face as she received her high school diploma.

We will turn your photos into a photobook that will make you tear up with joy and smile until your cheeks hurt.  So while it is impossible to actually relive the moment, we will get you as close to that as possible.

The Year in Review can be organized chronologically or by theme, but either way, you'll flip through the pages with your husband and children and be glad that you set aside the time to collect the special photos that celebrated the year in your life.

To help you along, Paper n Pixels will send you a monthly reminder.

You know your family is worth it.
